No. This is strictly a non-hunting trekking and nature-viewing journey inside Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve. No hunting activity, firearms, or hunting permits are involved.

Where are the four nights spent?

Three nights are spent in Dhorpatan valley (Nights 1, 2, and 4) in simple community lodges, village houses, or camp. One night (Night 3) is spent in a basic seasonal shepherd shelter or wilderness tented camp near Garpacheda (3,500m).

What is the planned maximum altitude?

The planned high point is approximately 4,190 metres (13,747 ft) near Tikadhara and the upper Bukipatan approach. Reaching it is subject to weather, daylight, and guide safety evaluation.

How difficult is the trek?

The trek is rated Moderate to Challenging. While there are three walking days, the rugged 9–12 hour 4WD road journeys, rapid altitude gain to 2,900m on Day 1, and the 7–9 hour high meadow day require good stamina and adaptability.

What is the road access like?

The journey uses a private 4WD vehicle from Pokhara through Baglung and Burtibang. The upper section into the Bobang corridor is a seasonal dirt track that can be rough and is condition dependent.

Do Indian citizens need a Nepal visa?

No. Indian citizens do not require a visa to enter Nepal, but must carry a valid original Indian Passport or Election Commission Voter ID card.
