Cancellation & Refund Policy

| 30 days or more prior to departure | 10% of total tour cost (Administration & reservation fee) |
| 15 to 29 days prior to departure | 30% of total tour cost |
| 7 to 14 days prior to departure | 50% of total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days prior to departure | 100% non-refundable |
Important Cancellation Terms:
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via official email to peakcoreindia@gmail.com
- In case of trip cancellation due to severe weather, natural disaster, landslides, or government restrictions, Peak Core India will offer credit vouchers for future expeditions after deducting non-recoverable ground costs.
- Personal travel and medical evacuation insurance is strongly recommended for all mountaineering expeditions.
