• 1. Booking and Payment Terms
  • 1.1 Booking: A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit is paid.
  • 1.2 Payment: The client must pay the full tour cost as per the booking form.
  • 1.3 Payment Schedule:
  • • Deposit: 20% of total amount upon booking
  • • Balance: Remaining 80% to be paid 3 days before departure
  • 2. Cancellation Policy
  • 2.1 Cancellation must be made via written notice.
  • 2.2 Refund policy:
  • Ā 40 days: 100% refund
  • 30 days: 75% refund
  • 20 days: 50% refund
  • 10 days: 25% refund
  • <10 days: No refund
  • 3. Refund Policy
  • 3.1 Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • 3.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • 4. Tour Itinerary
  • 4.1 Itinerary may change due to unforeseen conditions.
  • 4.2 Clients will be informed of any major updates.
  • 5. Responsibility and Liability
  • 5.1 The company is not responsible for injuries or damages.
  • 5.2 Clients are responsible for their own safety.
  • 5.3 Not liable for:
  • • Weather conditions
  • • Natural disasters
  • • Political unrest
  • • Transport delays/cancellations
  • • Other unforeseen events
  • 6. Force Majeure
  • 6.1 No liability for delays beyond control.
  • 6.2 Alternatives or refunds may be arranged.
