1. Booking and Payment Terms
1.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance registration deposit. 1.2 The client must pay the balance tour cost prior to the expedition commencement date.
2. Health, Fitness & Medical Declaration
2.1 Participants on high-altitude treks and mountaineering expeditions must be physically fit and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions. 2.2 The expedition leader reserves the authority to stop any participant if their medical condition poses a danger to themselves or the team.
3. Safety & Leader Authority
3.1 In mountain environments, the decision of the Peak Core India certified Trek Leader / Expedition Leader regarding route changes, weather turnaround times, and safety is final and binding.
