- 1. Booking and Payment Terms
- 1.1 Booking: A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit is paid.
- 1.2 Payment: The client must pay the full tour cost as per the booking form.
- 1.3 Payment Schedule:
- ⢠Deposit: 20% of total amount upon booking
- ⢠Balance: Remaining 80% to be paid 3 days before departure
- 2. Cancellation Policy
- 2.1 Cancellation must be made via written notice.
- 2.2 Refund policy:
- Ā 40 days: 100% refund
- 30 days: 75% refund
- 20 days: 50% refund
- 10 days: 25% refund
- <10 days: No refund
- 3. Refund Policy
- 3.1 Refunds are processed within 7ā10 working days.
- 3.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- 4. Tour Itinerary
- 4.1 Itinerary may change due to unforeseen conditions.
- 4.2 Clients will be informed of any major updates.
- 5. Responsibility and Liability
- 5.1 The company is not responsible for injuries or damages.
- 5.2 Clients are responsible for their own safety.
- 5.3 Not liable for:
- ⢠Weather conditions
- ⢠Natural disasters
- ⢠Political unrest
- ⢠Transport delays/cancellations
- ⢠Other unforeseen events
- 6. Force Majeure
- 6.1 No liability for delays beyond control.
- 6.2 Alternatives or refunds may be arranged.
- 7. Amendments
- 7.1 Terms may be updated anytime.
- 7.2 Changes are effective immediately.
- 8. Acceptance
- 8.1 Booking confirms acceptance of all terms.
